SUNGARD is a cold applied highly reflective asphalt base aluminum coating formulated with ductile, pliable bitumen dissolved in select petroleum solvents and blended with highly polished aluminum flakes.

SUNGARD is used to preserve, protect and beautify smooth asphalt roofs, modified bitumen roofs and granule finished roofs. It is not a waterproofing coating.
SUNGARD is used to protect metal structure and is a anti-rust and corrosion coating.
SUNGARD is used on asphalt roofs, metal roofs, metal walls, masonry walls etc. to reflect sun rays in order to reduce air-conditioning costs in summer and heating costs in winter.

BITUMAT SUNGARD is easy to apply, requiring no heating or thinning.
Highly reflective, reflecting up to 70% of the harmful sun rays, thus prolonging the life of bitumen roofs.
Reduces surface temperature by as much as 10 °C; thus reducing cooling and heating costs. Cuts maintenance cost on roofs and walls. Pliable and flexible, capable of withstanding thermal and structural movement in roofs and walls.
Economical. High coverage rates, one kg covers upto 6M2.
Easy to apply - saves labour costs.

Thoroughly clean the surface to be coated. All dirt, dust, scale, loose coating and rust must be removed and the surface must be dry before coating. On old metal or galvanized steel, remove rust and scale by wire brush. Over new galvanized steel, pre-treat the surface with diluted muratic acid (5%).

Clean with kerosene
Hands : Use a hand cleaner or kerosene followed by soap and water.

Around 0.15 Kg/M2 on metal, wood or smooth bituminous surfaces.
Around 0.27 Kg/MZ on granule, rough or concrete surfaces.

Complies with ASTM D2824, Type I.

20-Kg pails and 200-Kg drums.

Contains petroleum distillate; flammable; keep away from open fire, sparks or other ignition sources. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles.
Fire - Flammable when wet, flash point 40 °C.
Skin - Avoid repeated or prolonged contact; if contact occurs remove with hand cleaner that removes oil or grease; then clean with soap and water.
Eyes-Avoid contact, causes irritation; if contact occurs flush with clean water.
Inhalation - Can cause dizziness. Remove to fresh air and if breathing difficulty persist, administer oxygen
